Foundation for the Advancement of Religion Online

This website is not an official or authorized website of any of the religions contained therein. The creators of the site have done their best to ensure that all the information is objective and accurate.

This website was built by the Foundation for the Advancement of Religion Online (FARO). The Foundation has 501c3 non-profit status.

Members of the Foundation's board include:

• 1 attorney who currently champions religious freedom
• 2 professors of religion
• 1 founder of another non-profit organization "Seven Still Waters"
• 1 internet marketing professional
• 1 internet business owner

The Foundation was established in 2009 to combat all of the negative and destructive influences on the internet. The hope is to help bring religion and change in the lives of people. Religion and belief in a Supreme Being helps bring out the best in people, which in turn improves the world in which we live. The Foundation also hopes to strengthen families—the basic unit and foundation of society.

One aspect of this website is a religious study area where individuals can study and book mark the Bible, take Bible quizzes, read an uplifting and inspiring verse of the day, and study the scriptures in general.

Currently, individuals can study the King James Version of the Bible. In the future, we hope to make other versions of the Bible available as well as additional books of scripture from a variety of religions. If religions want to work with the Foundation to update or add content to their pages (under the “Different Types of Religions” section) and/or would like referrals sent to them, the Foundation would be glad to work with them. Just email info@religionresourcesonline.org and send proof that you are from a particular religion. Usually a request faxed on letterhead will suffice, however, further inquiries may be made.
